Meet Sky and Aslan

Children who are part of brother and sister groups wait longer than single children to be placed with their forever family.

We are urgently looking for prospective adopters who can provide a safe, loving and secure home for Sky (five) and Aslan (three).

Meet Sky (five)

Sky is sociable and bubbly and is always eager to spread happiness and make others feel welcome.

Whether she’s drawing, painting, or doing crafts, Sky always brings a loving and kind-hearted energy to everything she does. She enjoys spending time with others and easily makes friends wherever she goes.

Sky is very adventurous and loves trying new things, especially exciting rides. She is an avid dancer, enjoys being silly, and has a playful spirit that loves life. Whether she’s playing with her Barbie dolls or flitting between activities, Sky is always looking for fun ways to keep busy and engaged. She enjoys outings to places like the park and soft play, always ready to make the most of every moment.

Sky has a mixed heritage; her birth father is Iranian, and her birth mother is Polish. Though she was born into a diverse cultural background, Sky has always lived in the UK and embraces the north-eastern culture that she’s grown-up in.

Sky’s enthusiasm, kindness, and zest for life make her a true delight to be around, and anyone who meets her can’t help but be charmed by her infectious positivity.

Meet Aslan (Three)

Aslan is known for being a funny, loving, and giggly little boy who brings joy to everyone around him.

Aslan is full of energy and enthusiasm and is often described as a “bull in a china shop,” with bursts of excitement that sometimes lead to a few bumps and falls. But that’s part of his charm – he finds it all hilarious! Whether he’s bouncing around or exploring the world with wide eyes, Aslan is always in motion.

Some of Aslan’s favourite activities include playing with his building blocks, going to the park, and enjoying soft play. He loves the thrill of jumping and climbing, as well as getting lost in the world of books. Crafts and messy activities are also a hit, though he likes to keep his hands clean. He’s a little perfectionist when it comes to tidying up, always eager to put things in and out of boxes.

One of Aslan’s most cherished moments comes in the evening when the lights go down, and he gets cosy in his pyjamas. There’s nothing he loves more than cuddling up while someone reads him a story. He also enjoys watching TV, especially his favourite shows on CBeebies, sports, and documentaries, or simply relaxing with a film. He enjoys those quiet moments of relaxation, filled with cuddles and the warmth of being at home.

Aslan truly knows how to make the most of every moment, and his energy, love, and laughter light up any room he enters.

Aslan is a bright, funny, and caring little boy with so much to share. He’s a true ray of sunshine, bringing happiness wherever he goes!

Their background

The children have been in foster care since 2023. They are both of mixed race, their birth father is Iranian, and their birth mother is Polish. They have always lived in the UK and have grown up within a north-eastern culture.
